"The power suddenly went out in my office and in a bedroom - nowhere else in the house. Thinking that this was a tripped breaker switch I went to the breaker box and sure enough one of the switches had tripped. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it. I explained the details of my problem to Cody and he gave me the most surprising and welcome response imaginable. He instructed me to go to the panel and instead of trying to turn the breaker on, to flip it in the opposite direction fully off, wait a moment, and see if it could be turned back on. It worked perfectly and the lights and my computer router turned back on. Cody said this was a common problem. Clever Habitat Pros didn't make any money off of this exchange; but they did win a customer for life."
