“Cody helped us with electrical and drywall work and a cabinet install. He is spectacular. He communicated well, showed up on time for the estimate and didn't rush us at all when talking through approaches and prices and helping us visualize/understand the results of each. When he did the work a few days later, it turned out great. He was clean, efficient, organized, explained what he was doing if I asked, and the end product is just what we asked for. Cody is genuinely kind and does great work. I will definitely hire him again in the future.”

“The power suddenly went out in my office and in a bedroom - nowhere else in the house. Thinking that this was a tripped breaker switch I went to the breaker box and sure enough one of the switches had tripped. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it. My neighbor who is more savvy than I was equally unsuccessful. I entered my problem into Angie's list and within minutes was contacted by Cody at Clever Habitat Pros. I explained the details of my problem to Cody and he gave me the most surprising and welcome response imaginable. He instructed me to go to the panel and instead of trying to turn the breaker on, to flip it in the opposite direction fully off, wait a moment, and see if it could be turned back on. It worked perfectly and the lights and my computer router turned back on. Cody said this was a common problem. Clever Habitat Pros didn't make any money off of this exchange; but they did win a customer for life.”

“Would highly recommend Cody for any plumbing needs! We needed to move a water heater from our mother in law unit to the other side of wall in the garage. He showed up on time and rerouted everything for us and gave us tons of advice and answered all our questions. The job looked great! He came back to diagnose why our tub was leaking a few weeks later and was very informative on the best way to go about fixing it, saving us lots of money and was very kind and professional. “Cody is an excellent businessman. He was never looking for ways to make me spend money, in fact he gave me advice where to look for affordable flooring. He then went and picked it up himself. He gave me updates when painting my walls, changing the trim, and installing the floor boards. You can tell he loves what he does and he hires hardworking guys. I'll not be looking for anyone else to do repairs. Clever Habitats Pros 10/10. Sadly, Google doesn't want to post the pictures of the work he's done. If this gets fixed, I'll be posting them.”

“I have been a traveling medical professional for the past three years. I rented a furnished house from this company for six months. This by far was the best place I have ever rented in the three years. The company went above and beyond with any furnishings you can think of. The kitchen alone was so well stocked with items that I didn't even have to unpack all of my own stuff. They are quick to respond to any issues and a pleasure just to talk to.
